Our Policies

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in time: 3 PM • Check-out time: 1 PM • Cabin check-out time: 11 AM. Early check-in: 1/2 day charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancelling 14 days prior to arrival date, we will issue a full refund less $20, OR full credit for rest of season. No refunds or credits issued, nor rescheduling of dates, within 14 days of arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to substitute sites. We cannot hold sites without deposit. Registered camper is responsible for all family members and their guests.

REGISTER: All guests and visitors must register at office immediately upon arrival.

ALCOHOL: Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your campsite.

PETS: Pets must be on a leash and attended at all times. CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS. Pets are not allowed at playground, pool, or any posted areas.

PETS IN RENTAL UNITS: Cabins 1 and 5 are pet-friendly cabins. We require $10 per animal per day and keep a credit card on file. during your stay. Pet-friendly cabins require a staff member to inspect the cabin at check-in and check-out. Owners are responsible for any damage to our cabins or property.

RESTROOMS: Please help us keep our restrooms clean. Children under five (5) years of age must be accompanied by an adult in restrooms at all times.

SUPERVISION: Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. All children under the age of 18 must be on their campsite by 11 PM.

QUIET TIME: Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM

CONSERVATION: Please conserve energy and water. No washing cars, trucks, or vans. If you need to wash your camper, please check with Office first to schedule.

CAMPFIRES: Campfires are permitted, but are to be kept small, and must be attended at all times. Fire rings are not to be moved.

TREES: Trees and shrubs must not be cut or damaged.

NO BIKES: Mini-bikes and dirt bikes are not permitted.

CAMPGROUND ETIQUETTE: Be considerate of your fellow campers. Teach your children to be good campers.

INJURIES OR DAMAGE: Landlord is not responsible for injuries to any person, or damage to any personal property.

FIREWORKS: NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

SPEED LIMIT: Speed limit 5 M.P.H. Please watch for children.

TRASH: Take all trash to dumpster.

FEES: Camping fees are non-refundable.

POOL DRESS CODE: No cutoffs or jeans permitted in pool. No diapers in pool, must use swimmies.
